7.1 Student Residency
Description:
Pursuant to Act 67 of 2024, a School District must provide the parent of a student who is believed to be a non-resident with the opportunity to request a Residency Hearing and cannot withdraw the student until the family consents to the Determination of Non-Residence or all appeals have been exhausted.
A residency dispute hearing was held on June 15, 2026. The Hearing Officer ruled that the family has not sufficiently proven residency within the District and recommended removing the student from the Enrollment Records of the District following the approval of the Adjudication by the School Board. |

7.2 Student Discipline
Description:
Pursuant to 22 Pa. Code § 12.6 and Board Policy 233, a student facing a possible expulsion is entitled to a formal hearing. On June 17, 2026, a formal expulsion hearing was held regarding Student #1026383.
Based on the evidence presented at the hearing, the Administration recommends that the Board approve the adjudication for Student #1026383. |
