8.I. Lead Abatement Proposal - The Board should consider approving the quote from Foundation Environmental for the lead abatement and removal of the old shooting blocks at the rifle range for $13,645.00.

8.J. Rifle Range Backstop Replacement - The Board should consider approving the two quotes from Cumberland Rubber Supply Company for a total of $4,554.16 for the new ballistic panels and rubber granulars for the rifle range.
