Description:  Recommend approval of the proposal provided by SchoolAI Inc. for SchoolAI classroom subscriptions at Stewartstown Elementary School from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, for $2,400.00.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 for 2026-2027 as a sole source provider for which federal Individuals with Disability Education Act (IDEA) grant funds, which are spent through a consortium/shared approach to participate in a cooperative effort and/or pooling of resources to provide/secure services that meet the need and where the actual cost of services are shared/allocated across members/participants.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the Director of Transportation to authorize drivers who have provided all required documentation to transport students prior to board approval, who will be reported on the next voting meeting for ratification for the 2026-2027 school year.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the agreement to provide meal service to Community Progress Council for the Head Start program at Delta-Peach Bottom Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the annual Western PA School for the Deaf Transportation Agreement to provide transportation from Camp Hill, PA to Pittsburgh, PA for the 2026-2027 school year, for $9,000.00.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the musical agreement with Concord Theatricals for licensing and materials to perform "SIX: TEEN EDITION" for 3 performances, November 13, 2026 - November 14, 2026, for a licensing fee of $2,848.95 and script fee of $189.95.
 

Description:  It is reported that the Director of Special Education signed an agreement with Specialized Education of Pennsylvania, Inc. for High Road School of East York to provide extended school year services for the 2025-2026 school year, totaling $6,057.00.
 

Description:  Recommend motion to approve the attached Travel Authorization/Professional Development for District staff.

• It is recommended to approve the district assessment calendar for grades K-12 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Description:  AI Professional Development (August 18) - LIU Statement of Work 

• It is recommended to approve the LIU Statement of Work contract for providing AI professional development to all SESD professional staff on August 18, 2026 for a cost of $6,000.

3. It is reported that the resignation of Jennifer Chappell, Technical Director, KD Fall Play, was accepted by the Board Secretary on August 10, 2026, and is effective August 10, 2026.
    
4. It is reported that the resignation of Jennifer Chappell, Technical Director, KD Spring Play, was accepted by the Board Secretary on August 10, 2026, and is effective August 10, 2026.

1. It is recommended that Gina Hildreth be transferred from Part-Time Paraprofessional at Stewartstown Elementary School to a Full-time Paraprofessional at South Eastern Intermediate School effective August 17, 2026, working 186 days per year, 6.5 hours per day.(Replacement)
