Description:  This resolution permits the Trustees of the Seneca Highlands Regional Insurance Trust to transfer the assets of the Bradford Area School District to the Trustees of the Seneca Highlands Voluntary Employees Benefit Association.

A bid opening was held on June 11, 2026, for the Emergency Power Upgrades at Bradford Area High School.  The Base bids were awarded to the following contractors.  All alternate bids were rejected.

1.  For Electrical Construction, awarded to Newcol Electric Co., Inc., in the amount $449,000
2.  For Mechanical Construction, awarded to Fred L. Burns, Inc., in the amount of $120,400
3.  For General Construction, awarded to Bob Cummins Construction in the amount of $66,487.
