Attached is the new Natural Gas Agreement for 12 months at a price of $3.38 per DTH which is .04 cents less per DTH from our current contract.
Also, attached is the updated electricity agreement at a cost of 7.605 cents with CAP/Trans pass through for a period of 27 months. This agreement will expire in December 2028. Our prior agreement was for 9 months at a price of 7.80 cents with CAP pass-thru. Electricity prices continue to rise drastically with the focus on infrastructure expansion and AI electricity consumption.
