26-267R - Approve the revised listing of 2026-2027 Fall Season Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches, contingent upon our receipt and approval of all relevant employment requirements, with their designated payments, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

26-300R - Approve the revised Mentor and Inductee List for the 2026-2027 School Year including the mentors and stipend payments for the 2026-2027 school year.

26-309 - Approve Gillian Armstrong, LTS Biology Teacher at the High School, effective for the second semester of the 2026-2027 school year. Her salary will be $66,055.00 (Bachelor’s, Step 1), prorated, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and NAEA.

26-316 - Approve Morgan Burch as a 1:1 Instructional Assistant at George Wolf Elementary, effective August 17, 2026. Her salary will be $22.38 per hour, with benefits, in accordance with the ESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

26-324 - Approve Kacie Suveg, LTS Instructional Assistant at Lehigh Elementary School, effective August 17, 2026 to April 6, 2027. Her salary will be $22.38 per hour, with benefits, in accordance with the ESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

26-325 - Approve Grace Dawe, TPE English Teacher at Northampton Middle School, effective August 17, 2026, pending receipt of proper documentation. Her salary will be $66,055.00 (Bachelor’s, Step 1), in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and NAEA.

26-328 - Approve Abrielle Snyder, LTS 3rd Grade Teacher at the George Wolf Elementary, effective for the 2026 - 2027 school year. Her salary will be $66,055.00 (Bachelor’s, Step 1), with benefits, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and NAEA.

26-335 - Approve the listing of Building Substitute Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year.   The building substitute per diem rate will be $195, per the Building Substitute Professional pay schedule and building substitute contract, with no benefits.

26-336 - Approve the list of Community Education classes and Roster of Instructors with stipends for the Fall Session of the 2026-2027 school year.

26-337 - Approve Courtney Muick, LTS Social Studies Teacher at the High School, effective for the first half of the 2026 - 2027 school year, with the potential to extend through the remainder of the 2026 - 2027 school year if necessary. Her salary will be $66,055.00 (Bachelor’s, Step 1), pro-rated, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and NAEA.

ADDENDUM ITEM - 26-340 - Approve Gina Lentz as an Instructional Assistant at East Allen Elementary, effective August 17, 2026, pending receipt of proper employment documentation. Her salary will be $22.38 per hour, with benefits, in accordance with the ESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

26-322 - Approve the agreement with Dr. Andrea Kolb to provide required professional learning workshops to our District administrators, principals, classroom teachers and specialists at a total cost of $5,000 funded through Title III.

26-307 - Approve the Agreement of Sale for the former District Administration Building located at 2014 Laubach Avenue, Northampton, Pennsylvania, with Monocacy General Contracting, LLC, for the amount of $910,000 and subject to the terms of the Agreement of Sale and the Pennsylvania School Code.

26-315 - Approve the following 2026 Real Estate Tax Exonerations:

1. Route 329 Property (Parcel L5 1 12) – Northampton Area School District in the amount of $1,134.04 due to being a tax exempt entity.

2. Route 329 Property (Parcel L5 1 12B) – Northampton Area School District in the amount of $12.19 due to being a tax exempt entity.

3. Route 329 Property (Parcel L5 1 12C) – Northampton Area School District in the amount of $115.84 due to being a tax exempt entity.

26-329 - Approve the contract for Atlas Transportation, Inc., on an “as needed” basis and provide additional transportation options for District students for the 2026-2027 school year.
