Description:
Note: Her previous positions were Cafeteria Aide (4.0 hour) and Breakfast Aide (2.0 hour) at Northwestern High School.

Recommended Motion(s): Move to approve the transfer of Dawn McNeil to the position of Head Cook at Northwestern High School effective immediately at the hourly rate of $19.51 per hour for 5.5 hours per day, 182 days per school year. Rate of pay and benefits are provided as per the NWESP Collective Bargaining Agreement.

7.B. 2026-2027 Northwestern Community Youth Center Agreement

Recommended Motion(s): Move to approve the service agreement between the Northwestern Community Youth Center and the Northwestern School District for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with an initial payment from the district of $3,000 by September 1, 2026 and an additional match of up to $3,000, payable upon adequate proof of fundraising proceeds from the Northwestern Community Youth Center prior to June 30, 2027. Total payment from the district will not exceed $6,000 during the agreement period.

9.A. Boys & Girls Lacrosse Co-Op with Fairview School District

Recommended Motion(s): Move to authorize district administration to enter into a two-year cooperative agreement with Fairview School District as the host school for PIAA Boys and Girls Lacrosse (Middle and High School) beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. Any cooperative fees through the PIAA will be paid by Northwestern School District. Students will provide their own transportation for this sport and cover any participant fee.
