1. Ratify Overnight Field Trip - Grades 9-12 Students, Girls' Lacrosse State Championship Game, Penn State University, June 12-13, 2026.  

1. Motion to approve audit engagement letter with Cherry Bekaert for the audit of fiscal year 2025-2026 in the amount of $37,000.
    
2. Motion to approve an agreement to settle the tax exemption appeal filed by Commonwealth Charter Academy for property located at 1001 Penn Avenue, parcel numbers 96-4397-20-90-0099 and 96-4397-20-90-1253, granting the property tax exemption commencing in the tax year 2026.
    
3. Motion to approve ratification of a three year lease agreement with ePlus technology for Barracuda Cloud Account in the amount of $71,766.50. Payments will be the following:

6. Motion to approve agreement with the Richard J Caron Foundation to provide student assistance program services to students from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.  Caron will provide 45 hours per week at the annual amount of $80,665.20.

9. Motion to approve Athletic and School Medical Program agreement with Dr. Timothy Tam.  Dr. Tam will perform school physicals and screenings, consultations and reviews of the District’s individual educational plan.  Annual fee is $3,000 plus $10 for IEP reviews and $30 for physical exams. 
    
10. Motion to ratify agreements with the Berks County Intermediate Unit (BCIU) to provide Title I services at St. Peter’s at the cost of $1,401.92, Title II services at Sacred Heart at the cost of $2,540.95 and Title IV services at Sacred Heart at the cost of $1,301.62.

         Background Information:  Ms. Gallen received her bachelor’s in elementary and special education from Seton Hill and her masters in elementary and middle level education from Seton Hill.  She was previously employed by the School District of Lancaster.  This position is being filled due to a resignation.
