8.1 Consider hiring Hannah Savage of Lykens, PA as a Temporary Professional Employee assigned as an Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Pending the receipt of required clearances and documents. Salary: $45,500. 8.2 Consider approving the 2026-2027 Bus Drivers, Car Drivers & Aides as employed by Ravine Transportation, Inc. 8.3 Consider approving a salary increase of $1,200 for the 2026-2027 school year as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement for High School Teacher Ruthie Kerwin for attaining a Master's Degree. 8.4 Consider hiring Kirsten Worrall as a year 1 mentor teacher for Alyssa Simpkins for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. 8.5 Consider hiring Susan Diegert as a year 1 mentor teacher for Mackenzie Adams for the 2026-2027 school year. 9.1 Consider approving the 2026-2027 sports schedule. 9.2 Consider a Letter of Agreement for the provision of the Language Instruction Education Program (LIEP) between Williams Valley School District and Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in the amount of $11,280.00 payable in two (2) installments of $5,640.00 each. |

10.1 Consider a rental request from The Nutrition Group to use the High School Library on August 18, 2026 (3:00 pm setup) and August 19, 2026 (8:00 am - 4:00 pm). Purpose: Opening Meeting/Training for Cafeteria Staff. 10.2 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for use of the High School Library on August 18 & 19, 2026 as requested by the Nutrition Group. 10.3 Consider a rental request from Halifax Family Cub Scout Pack 144 to use the Elementary Cafeteria on August 19 & August 26, 2026 (5:30 pm - 8:00 pm). Purpose: Recruitment during back to school night. 10.4 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for use of the Elementary Cafeteria on August 19 & August 26, 2026 as requested by the Halifax Family Club Scout Pack 144. 10.5 Consider a rental request from Williams Valley Volleyball Boosters to use the High School Lobby on September 1, 3, 10, 17, 21, October 1,8,15, 2026 (3:30 pm - 8:30 pm). Purpose: Concession stand during home games. 10.6 Consider waiving the rental and custodial fees for use of the High School Lobby on September 1, 3, 10, 17, 21, October 1,8,15, 2026 as requested by the Williams Valley Volleyball Boosters. 10.7 Consider a rental request from Williams Valley Football Boosters to use the High School Cafeteria on September 3, 10, 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, November 5, 12, 19, 2026 (3:00 pm - 6:30 pm). Purpose: Team meals & fundraiser pickups. |

11. EXTRA-CURRICULAR
11.1 Consider the following activity request from the Elementary School Coffee Cart. Activity: Weekly coffee cart for teachers. Purpose: To raise money for more products/cover some student costs for CBI trips. 11.2 Consider the following fundraiser and activity request from the Elementary PBIS. Fundraiser: Kidz First (August 24 - September 24, 2026). Purpose: Raise money to pay for grade level field trips and PBIS incentives. Activity: Grade K-6 Field Trips (May 2027) & PBIS Incentives (October 26, 2026 - May 27, 2027). Purpose: Pay student entry fees and purchase student monthly incentives. 11.3 Consider recognizing the Williams Valley Football Boosters as a Booster Organization for the 2026-2027 school year, per policy 915. 11.4 Consider recognizing the Williams Valley Volleyball Boosters as a Booster Organization for the 2026-2027 school year, per policy 915. 11.5 Consider recognizing the Williams Valley Girls Soccer Boosters as a Booster Organization for the 2026-2027 school year, per policy 915. |

12.1 Consider approving and authorizing the execution of Guaranteed Energy Savings Act (GESA) Amendment #2 with Quandel Energy Solutions for auditorium lighting and sound upgrades at Williams Valley School District High School in the amount of $247,000. 12.2 Consider approving the following donations for The Stadium Lighting Project: Tower Porter Improvement Org, David R. Jenkins, Cody Lenker/Lenkers Masonry & More, WV Viking Foundation, Williams Valley Football Boosters & Dave and Jodi Smith. 12.3 Consider approving a service agreement with NRG Controls North, Inc. from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. |
