Authorize the Superintendent of Record and the Director of Career and Technical Education to submit grant applications for the STC program throughout the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Grants that are approved will be submitted to the Board for acceptance or rejection at future board meetings.

7.E. Degree Awarded/Salary Change
Description:
Approve a one-time base salary increase of $5,000 to Shannon Brennan for the attainment of her Ph.D.

7.F. Certification/Track Change
Description:
Approve a certification/track change for John Gower to Track E - Masters + 15, effective June 1, 2026, with compensation of his 2025-2026 salary + $1,500.

7.G. Leave of Absence - Leave Without Pay
Description:
Approve an unpaid leave of absence for the following employee(s). The employee(s) will reimburse for the cost of health insurance for their absence when applicable.

7.H. Permission to Employ
Description:
Grant authority to the Director of CTE to fill vacancies and transfer and employ the essential personnel in all programs operated by the Schuylkill Technology Center Board, with ratification at the July, August, and September 2026 Board Meetings. This authority is granted annually.

Description:
Approve the MOUs with the Pennsylvania State Police for both the North and South Campuses in compliance with Safe Schools.

Description:
Renew Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) financial information system (FIS) software services for the 2026-2027 fiscal year for the Schuylkill Technology Center for fund accounting, payroll, and personnel applications.

Description:
Renew Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) student information system (SIS) software services for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.

Description:
Approve the renewal notice with Finalsite, Glastonbury, CT, for the website and content management, web hosting, and video publishing for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The software is used to host the STC website.

Description:
Enter into an agreement with Integra1, Allentown, PA, for the installation and upgrade of the STC firewall.

Description:
Mar Lin, PA (May 7, 2026) — The Schuylkill Technology Center partnered with the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Number 1533 located in Frackville, PA, to honor 4 outstanding students enrolled in career and technical education at a breakfast event on 5/7/2026. This annual event honors the community service and dedication to the skilled trades that embody STC Students and aligns with the mission of the BOE Elks to empower youth and strengthen local neighborhoods. Four students were selected from the 2025/2026 Students of the Semester to be honored by Elks for their outstanding achievements. The recipients honored this year were as follows:
