Public Content:  The Administration recommends the approval of the July 20, 2026 Legislative Action Meeting Minutes.

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of the General Fund Payment Registers for August 2026.

The Administration further recommends the reallocation of $4,450.00 from Project 21-291 to Project 21-290.

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of the disposal of a 2009              9 passenger van and (2) 2007 9 passenger vans, obsolete technology items, and unneeded appliances from the former High School Life Skills Apartment, per the attached documents, and in accordance with Policy 706.1, Obsolete Equipment. 

Public Content:  The Administration recommends the approval of new Student Activity Accounts for the following activities:

• Girls Flag Football
• Class of 2030

All approved Student Activities have the opportunity to raise funds for their club's pursuits and needs and therefore, the appropriate accounts need to be created.

The Administration recommends approval of student activity organizations and authorized signatories for the 2026-2027 school year.

The names in the attached report are redacted for student privacy and to limit unauthorized attempts to access District accounts. 

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of tax assessment stipulations between Hatboro-Horsham School District and a commercial property owner:

Public Content:  The Administration recommends the approval of an agreement with Vista Underwriting Partners, LLC for stop-loss insurance for the District's healthcare plan, effective September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, at an estimated cost of $1,135,905.

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of the attached Human Resources action items, including but not limited to appointments, changes of status, resignations, retirements, leaves of absence, substitute employment, extracurricular assignments, and supplemental pay per District policy.

Retirements and resignations were received as required by policy.  Candidates for employment were selected and recommended following an interview process conducted by the hiring supervisor (principal, director, etc.). Candidates complete all required new hire paperwork and secure required clearances prior to the start of employment.

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of an employment agreement with Dr. Monet Barmore, Interim Assistant Principal for Crooked Billet Elementary School.

Public Content:  The Administration recommends the authorization of the athletic game worker compensation rates.

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of a Memorandum of Agreement with the Hatboro-Horsham Education Association

Public Content: 

The Student Board Representatives communicate students' perspectives, represent their peers, and participate in governance with the School Board.  They will help bridge the gap between Board members and students through advocacy, communication, and encouragement to be more engaged in policy and decision making.  Student Board Representatives are not voting members of the Board or any Board Committee.

The following students are currently serving as Student Board Representatives:

• Gabriel Conti-Brown, Class of 2027
• Charlotte Lim, Class of 2027
• Charles Boyd, Class of 2028
• Myah Morales-Jones, Class of 2028

Jennifer Wilson is currently serving as the District representative to the Eastern Center for Arts and Technology.

Katherine Kahn is currently serving as the Board liaison to the Safe Schools Committee.

Public Content:  Dr. Andre McLaurin, Director of Educational Programming, will provide an update regarding the District's federal programs.

Public Content:  Dr. Robert Jarvis is currently serving as the District representative to the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit.

Public Content:  Theresa Brown is currently serving as the District representative to the Pennsylvania School Boards Association.

Public Content:  Dr. Scott Eveslage, Superintendent, will provide an update regarding the operations of the District and timely information related to education.

Public Content:  The District does not publish an enrollment in August due to the volume of registrations and withdrawals.  The next enrollment report will be published in September 2026.

Public Content:  Attached is a list of field trips that were approved from July 2026 to September 2026.  This report does not include student trips that are within the District or athletics events.
