Use of Facilities Agreement with Penn Trafford School District

Description of Request:

That the Board approve the Use of Facilities Agreement with the Penn-Trafford School District for the use of Warrior Stadium to host Norwin High School football games during the 2026 football season.

Relevant Facts:

Penn-Trafford School District has agreed to permit Norwin's use of Warrior Stadium, located at 3381 Route 130, Harrison City, PA, from September 1, 2026, through November 1, 2026.
Norwin will coordinate game scheduling with Penn-Trafford and will be responsible for complying with all terms outlined in the agreement, including insurance requirements and operational procedures.
The attached agreement includes provisions for parking, security, maintenance support, custodial services, ticketing procedures, and use of designated areas within the stadium.

Cooperative Girls' Wrestling Agreement with Yough School District

Description of Request:

That the Board approve the Cooperative Girls' Wrestling Agreement with Yough School District for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Relevant Facts:

Under the agreement, Norwin School District will sponsor the cooperative program, and Yough School District student-athletes will participate as members of the Norwin girls' wrestling team. In exchange, Norwin will receive use of the Yough High School Stadium turf field at no cost, with Norwin assuming responsibility for related operational expenses.
The attached letters reflect additional details of the cooperative agreement and WPIAL approval.
