Description:  Approval/acceptance of the recommended personnel hires below:

• Cheryl Latorre as Interim Administrative Director - 3 days per week contracted through Next Century. (contract attached)
• Lisa Unger as Attendance Administrative Assistant, 10-month position, at salary and benefits package per the Support Staff Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Peter Morisco as Assistant Soccer Coach.
• Amanda Smith for the stipend position of Special Education Liaison for the 2026-2027 school year. 
• Jennifer Cerreta for the stipend position of Substitute Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year.

Description:  Review routine items on the Consent Agenda for the August 18, 2026 Public Meeting. Note: Additional items may be added to the public August 18, 2026 meeting this week and next as they arise.

• Recommendation to approve recognition of tenure for faculty members Chris Mrowka, Jamie Myers, Jody Billing,  Ryan Guyer, and Chrissy Kaszuba.
• Recommendation to approve updated job descriptions for Part-Time Cafeteria Aide; and Part-Time Cafeteria Dishwasher. 
• Recommendation to approve Athletic Director Agreement for Devin Rushanan for the 2026-2027 school year. 
• Recommendation to approve updated 2026-2027 Faculty, Student, Emergency, Substitute, Paraprofessional, and Athletics Handbooks.
• Recommendation to approve three mentors for the 2026-2027 school year (TBA).
• Recommendation to approve the resignation of Shane McCabe, Social Studies and Health Teacher.
• Recommendation to approve adding Lora Learn to the Substitutes Pool for cafeteria workers for the 2026-2027 school year.
• Recommendation to approve policies 716 (Integrated Pest Management) and 236.1 (Threat Assessment) for final review.
• Recommendation to approve Administrative Guidelines 1 and 2 for Policy 201 (Admission of Students) for first review.
• JOC Business: Recommendation to approve Jonathan Cleaver as the JOC Superintendent of Record for CMAVTS for the 2026-2027 school year.
