AGENDA INFORMATION
Meeting agendas will be made available to the public no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of the meeting (Policy 006).
MINUTES
The official Board Meeting Minutes include all the agenda items and actions taken by the Board and are the official record of the meeting as required by Pennsylvania School Code. Meeting minutes become official after Board approval at the succeeding month’s Board meeting (for example, August minutes become official in September; September minutes become official in October).

Unless posted and published otherwise, meetings will be held in the Spellman Education Center Board Room, 782 Springdale Drive, Exton PA. Meetings are live-streamed on the WCASD YouTube Channel.
All board meetings are advertised in accordance with Pennsylvania law. Persons with a disability who wish to attend these meetings and require an auxiliary aid or service to participate in the meeting should contact Mrs. Avagliano, Board Secretary, 484-266-1014. Meeting dates for School Board and Committee Meetings are finalized annually at the December Organization Meeting.
