The public is invited to attend. Committee meetings are videotaped and available on the district website. PUBLIC COMMENT PROTOCOL Bensalem community members wishing to speak must register in person at the Dorothy D. Call Administrative Center by completing a public comment card. To speak during Public Comment #1, cards must be submitted to the Board Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Cards for Public Comment #2 may be submitted any time during the meeting. When recognized, speakers should approach the microphone, state their name for the record, and will have three minutes to speak.
